What do you sell?
The Potato Barkery creates organic, human-grade cookies for your pup. We have a fun ever-changing seasonal range of cookies, as well as occasionally themed boxes. We also produce yoghurt and carob treats and drink powders. We stock freeze dried treats and enrichment toys and slow feeders.
We are the OG creators of themed cookie boxes for pups and have been featured in British Vogue and Vanity Fair.
We understand dog cookies are a complete luxury especially in the current climate, so we are especially thankful for your love and enthusiasm for our small business.
What goes into your cookies?
Our cookies are all made with human grade ingredients. Technically you can try them too (we have!) but they won’t taste very nice to the human palate as they’re not sweet.
All our products are grain free and preservative free. They are only coloured with natural superfood powders and not with synthetic bottled food colouring.
Our sprinkles, while made with natural ingredients do contain sugar and are used in moderation. Our yoghurt and carob are no sugar added.
We believe your (and our own) puppers deserve the best quality treatos using wholesome, high quality ingredients.
We believe in transparency so you know exactly what you’re feeding your pup. You can find our full ingredients list under each product listing.
Product storage
Our products contain no preservatives.
We suggest that you store your cookies in airtight containers with the moisture absorber sachets provided. These will last up to 12 months (and often more), however, you may notice colour degradation over time due to the nature of our superfood powders.
We suggest you store your yoghurt and carob treats in airtight containers and consume them within 3-6 months.
We suggest you store your freeze dried treats in their pouches at a cool temperature in the house or for longevity, in the fridge or freezer.
Do you do custom or wholesale orders?

We are always happy to create something special for your business or your pup's birthday, gotcha day, new puppy, breeder's pack or anything else you can think of, so get in touch if you're interested!
Is gold leaf safe for my pup to eat?
Gold is considered biologically inert, meaning it passes through the gut without being absorbed. Saying that, different karats of gold have included impurities. We only use the highest grade of edible gold (higher grade than most jewellery gold!), 24 karat edible gold, which is 99.9% pure gold.
Shipping
We have a flat rate shipping fee for all Australian orders. For all Australian and International orders, please ensure that your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect address.
Do you ship your products overseas?
We ship Australia wide, as well as to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Singapore.. If your country is not listed, just send us a message on Instagram and we will be more than happy to help you out and provide a shipping quote for your order! Shipping is currently suspended to Canada due to Canada Post strikes.
Refund policy
We have a strict no refunds policy. We do not refund for change of mind. Please reach out to us in extenuating circumstances.
Damaged goods
We do our best to ensure our products are packaged carefully for their journey and pride ourselves that our products arrive 99% intact. We also choose not to send artisan yoghurt and carob treats during the warmer Australian months. Please reach out to us if your products arrive severely damaged and we will do our best to work with you and our shipping provider.
